1920-1960 Franchise w/ tiered twisting (fulll) Topic

Frank Robinson's years with the Orioles were after 1960, so I can use his 1956 season with Cincinnati and put him on the Oriole roster?

NOTE:  LEAUGE IS FULL AND HAS STARTED

$130 Million cap
No:  AAA, WW, DH, Clones.  No live game requirement to qualify for playoffs.  Must use a stadium used by your franchise during this time frame.  Since there were the same 16 franchises during this whole time period, the league will consist of one instance of each franchise divided into the following league/division breakdowns:
 National League East
Giants (1 twist)-zephyr1949
Dodgers (2 twists)-dodgebob
Braves (2 twists)-specsman
Phillies (4 twists)-sambus
 National League West
Cards (1 twist)-mac195
Cubs (2 twists)-ghsisler
Reds (4 twists)-forte4him
Pirates (2 twists)-marlowe
 American League East
Yankees (no twists)-urband
Red Sox (2 twists)-sambus
A’s (2 twists)-ff09
Senators (4 twists)-ghsisler
 American League West
Tigers (2 twists)-dumpster
White Sox (3 twists)-DarthDurron
Indians (2 twists)-juniek
Browns/Orioles (4 twists)-elduro25
Now for the twisting:  since there is a discrepancy (in some instances quite large) in talent available for various franchises during this time period, twisting will be tiered.  The Yankees don’t get any twists (they don’t need any help).  The Giants and Cards each get one twist.  The White Sox 3 twists..  The Senators, Reds, Phils, and Browns/Orioles get 4 twists each.  Everyone else gets 2 twists per team.

To be available as a twist the player must have at least one listing for your franchise in WIS.  For example, Lefty Gomez pitched briefly for the Senators in 1943 but not enough to make it into WIS.  He is therefore not available to twist onto the Senators.
As long as the twisted season that is used in the league is during the 1920-1960 time frame the player could have played for your franchise in a year outside of that range.  For example, Tris Speaker’s only years as a Red Sox were prior to 1920, but you could twist him onto the Red Sox as long as the season you use is 1920 or later.
Make sure you review Baseball reference for any franchise name and/or location changes during this time period:  http://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/
Having 2 teams is fine, they would just need to be in separate leagues.

Sign up here for your franchise.  I’ll pick 7th and will set up the league number at that time and site mail it to those who have signed up.  Note:  league has been set up and site mailed to those signed up at the time it was established.  Will site mail # to all new owners as they pick a franchise.
