There is one opening for the Jimmy Carter League. The 2001 draft completed and we are currently entering teams into the new season. Below are the rules for this league. Please sitemail me if you are interested.

6/4 Below average AAA
NO DH
NEXT SEASON DRAFT ORDER: Will be a standard worst to first draft. IF THERE IS A TIE, the team with the better home record will be ranked higher. IF still a tie, I'll do a random drawing at random.org In order to avoid tanking a season, the worst 3 teams will be drawn randomly for the top 3 picks...but the rest of the draft will be accordingly to the worst to first order.
KEEPERS: Unlimited keepers including the DL
WIN MINIMUMS: You MUST have 40 wins at end of season to be eligible for the top picks. If you have less than 40 wins, you will drop to the #4 pick.
TRADES: Full trading allowed. Picks up to one year in advance.
TEAM NAMES: Must be related to your stadium. City of stadium will be reflected in your city name. So, team name must follow the pattern Philadelphia __________.
