I wanted a league that played like a slow pitch softball game and here it is.
 
Here are the basics: $80 Cap with 6/0 Average AAA, No clones, trades or WW.
 
And to make it like softball…

Your total pitching will be limited to 875-1000ip/162 with an ERA # of 6 or higher. Yep, those pitchers won’t be very good to start and they will get tired!
 
Because in slow pitch everyone can hit, min AVG# is .300 and there will be a DH of course to hit for your worn out pitchers.

And just because you will need lots of hitting, I am setting min total draft PA to 5500.

Just like most softball leagues, the defense won't be good... fielding at all positions must be lower than C. There will be plenty of errors.

Lastly, just like the local park there are only a few fields to choose from: Coors, Hilltop, Mile Hile, Oriole (IV) and Wrigley (LA).

               16/4/4 league format
               IP/162 = 875 to 1000
               ERA#  = 6.00+
               PA/162 = 5500+
