This might be included in another thread, but does anyone know if efforts used to pulldown a recruit count towards that "overall" credit you get?  i.e. if you need 300 "points" to be considered, do your pulldown efforts count some percentage towards that goal, or do your points start accumulating once you are able to recruit him?

They count, they just don't count as much as a normal ST that you would send to a player in your division.   Probably somewhere around 1/4th.   That's an educated guess on the value.
