I'm sure this has been talked about before but wouldn't this be awesome in an update? Seems like it would help gameplanning and setting depth chart a lot and wouldn't be too hard to track. Not the most active forum poster but just wanted to restart this conversation and maybe try to get it on seble's radar again. 

Or do people think it would be too helpful and reward novice coaches more than the top notch guys? 

Why should rewarding novice coaches be a bad thing? Why do people want to inflict new coaches with fake difficulty?
