How to start a blog? Topic

I wanted to start a blog for a world i am in but im not sure how to go about starting it?  Any help would be fantastic.....

Find a blog website...create the blog...then tell the WhatIfSports staff and send them the link to it and they will create the link to it on the world chat page.

I personally use Word Press.  It's free to create an account and use.  The world I created it on is Duff Beer if you'd like to look.
