How much do you guys pay attention to a player's makeup rating? 
Does it have a drastic effect on a player's potential? Thanks!

No one is answering because no one knows for sure.   I've found that higher make-up players improve quicker and decline slower.    As to whether it helps a player reach his full potential is questionable because we don't know "full potential" of any player.
