Stargell is looking for two owners who can join our ultra competitive, very action packed private world. Since taking over as commish at vthe end of year 15 this world has quickly become one of the best in HBD -- go ahead and ask any of our owners.
This rollover we lost just two owners, one who is retiring from HBD and one who needed a financial break.
Our Rules:
1) WIN PCT/REQ. Any team that accrues 110 losses (52-110 or worse) in one season will be reviewed for tanking or neglection. Minimum win requirements for two consecutive seasons is 106 (106-218record). Three seasons is 172( 172-314 record).
2) ROSTER/MINORS. All owners are required by ML game 12 of the regular season to have a minimum of 25 active players at each minor league level. Owners will be given up to (10) ten HBD cycles to address any minor league team falling below this requirement during the season.
A "25 Man" roster means 25 active players and players playing within their positional merits. IE position players not pitching, pitchers not playing the field, catchers not playing shortstop.
3. ABSENTEEISM. Owners should not go without 6 days of logging in without prior warning. Owners are encouraged to find another owner (not one currently in the world) to watch over the team if an extended absence is required/expected.
4. A team may change home cities no more than 2 times in any 5 season period. This does not apply to ownership changes.
