Cobb, one of the first worlds originated in HBD, is looking to get season 28 started.  We are a friendly, laid back world, but very competitive, and historically have low turnover.  Our only world rules are to treat owners with respect and courtesy, including in world chat, trade chat, trade proposals, etc.  No other private world rules (no salary cap, prospect cap, restrictions on moving, MWR, etc.).  If you're looking for a fun, chill world with several loyal, quality long time owners, this is a good world to join.
