Best Use for this Pitcher Topic

What is the best use for this pitcher:

Jamie Jacobs

I was thinking as a starter with a lower pitch count.  The previous owner used him as a closer, I was going to use Placido Escuela as my closer.

You could use him in a tandem rotation, and juggle your rotation so he gets in there every 2 or 3 games. Set your pitch count to 40-50. Set your pull setting to 5, so he gets taken out early and saved every once in awhile.

SP with a 50/60 PC.    I wouldn't pull him early as I doubt you have anyone better.
