Last season we had one new owner.  The season before all 32 returned.  Great long term spot for the right owner.

Our ideal owner has a history of staying with worlds for several seasons.  Half of our owners have been with us for more that 20 seasons.

Our rules are simple: All teams must start the season with at least 23 players on the Major league roster and have 25 by game 20 of the season.  Maintain your minor leagues or hear about it from the commish.  (No pitchers playing positions and enough pitchers to avoid running guys at 0 stamina.)
