Can this guy score efficiently in low D1?

A 78
S 94
LP 55
PER 55
BH 75
PA 80
FT shooting: B

And, given that I play a flex and can get 3 pt shooting from other positions, should he play the 1 or the 2?

Definitely. I love guys like that (at low D1). He looks more like a 2, but I think he could definitely play PG.

he can score just fine, and can play 1-3 (if he can rebound even a little) depending on your team makeup and needs.

i believe -1 to 3pt. shooting while playing at the PG spot and you will be happy.
