Reputation effects on recruiting Topic

My reputation took an unexpected hit from rescinding scholorships. Went from b- to d in one hit. How will this effect my upcoming recruiting? How long will it take to build it back up? I had been cutting players the last couple of years trying to balance my classes.

It will make it a little tougher.  You should get it all back within a couple of seasons.  I recommend never cutting players you recruited (i.e. only cutting SimAi recruits) unless you are willing to take the hit in reputation.  I'm not sure how big of a deal it is in recruiting but it certainly will make you ineligible to move up.

It has now moved from a D to C+, which is where I figured it would be.  Interesting.  I inherited a class of 25 and have been trying to trim that down a little.
