Irritating Lowe's Banner Ad Topic

Does anyone else have the Lowe's ad appear vertically in the middle of the page instead of in the normal place near the top of the page?  Is there a way to fix this?  Will I quit WIS if this persists?  YES

It only happened a few times with the one banner, I guess just a one time thing.  So now the only thing irritating me is evil_twin .

Use Firefox with Adblock.  It is free and it is better than IE.

I use exclusively Firefox and Waterfox, but I don't know if I'd be able to just state that it's "better than IE."  Security-wise IE has been blowing away the field for years now.
