I'm assuming this message means I scouted someone way too low for D-1A:

Wow! Hubert Warren from Akron came to watch me play! I'm sure that your guys took some good notes about my game, and recognized that I have an amazing upside to my game. Here's a few more things to keep in mind, Coach:

What the message means is the player's potential is above average/high....possibly a STL player (you would need to send a HC scout to find that out).
