Sorry, I know this is a basic question but I haven't found the answer by searching the forums.

What is the best way to maximize fielding ratings?  Does a major league call-up and exposure to the ML Fielding Coach speed up/assist in the process?

The Fieling Instructor works at all levels, not just at the ML level.

Playing time and a good FI in your organization is the best way to maximize development of fielding ratings.
