In the last few seasons our world has seen a real drop in the number of coaches playing at the D3 level. We are currently at 22. There are several ranked teams an open conferences available. Recruiting will start soon so if you are looking to build a quality team quickly here is your chance.

Saw your post and decided to pick up a team. It looks like there are several whole conferences at D3 that are open.

Hayes is definitely dying, as is Wilkinson. Just got back into Wilk and it has really deteriorated

Are any worlds above 300 active coaches? Makes you miss when worlds actually had waiting lists and if you didn't pick up a team over night you were SOL
