Looks like your going to be seeing some fatigue because of low PA and IP.  Not surprising because you are playing $10M short.  I always like to go Petco when I know I am going to short on PA and IP.  I don't actually know if it does save you any IP or PA's, but I feel like it does.
I am not worried about IP or PA, I regularly play with ~1200ip and 4700 PA plus scrubs.  I don't think that I have the speed and OBP for Petco.  I need a -hits park that is + for doubles and homeruns, I think
