We have a few opening in the jimmy carter league. The rules are:

6/4 Below average AAA
NO DH
NEXT SEASON DRAFT ORDER: Will be a standard worst to first draft. IF THERE IS A TIE, the team with the better home record will be ranked higher. IF still a tie, I'll do a random drawing at random.org In order to avoid tanking a season, the worst 3 teams will be drawn randomly for the top 3 picks...but the rest of the draft will be accordingly to the worst to first order.
KEEPERS: Unlimited keepers including the DL
WIN MINIMUMS: You MUST have 40 wins at end of season to be eligible for the top picks. If you have less than 40 wins, you will drop to the #4 pick.
TRADES: Full trading allowed. Picks up to one year in advance.
TEAM NAMES: Must be related to your stadium. City of stadium will be reflected in your city name. So, team name must follow the pattern Philadelphia __________.

I see a lot of familiar owner names in this league. Greetings ...

The team's keepers appear to have been done. Am I right?

How many rounds will we darft?

How many rounds will we darft?

Boston is yours. We have not started to draft so you can cut anyone that you like. The amount of rounds are based on how many picks are needed. (Normally most team have between 3-5 picks that they need.)

That Houston team is pretty good: lots of quality (and quantity) on the pitching staff, and you've got 5 straight 6M+ seasons of Miguel Tejeda at SS to anchor the offense.

Come on, someone grab this team -- we go on the clock with round one next Monday (August 19).
