Does anyone have a reading on what constitutes "far from home" and "close to home" in recruiting?  In the last recruiting sequence I got a "close to home" player from 140 miles away, and a "far from home" at 150 miles away.  I somehow don't think that 10 miles makes the difference?

I think this article gives you what you're looking for 43tj.

I didn't remember until re-reading it that the advantage is actually incremental for those wanting to be far from home as you progressed from 200 to 500 miles.
