The Captain and His Clones

This will be a 4 player Clone league with a Captain AND a Blacklist.
All players will be exclusive and we'll use the entire WIS database.

At signup, everyone will Blacklist 1 player that they don't want in the league. I will select Babe Ruth.

We'll then have a 5 round draft. Random order to start then serpentine.
Everyone will select their 1 Captain, 2 Pitchers, and 2 Hitters in any order.

Your Captain cannot be over $12M and he cannot be Cloned.
Your other 4 players must be Cloned 6 times to get 25 players.
There are No Salary restrictions per player on your 4 Cloned players.

Having a 5-round serpentine draft heavily favors the early draft slots.  Give every person the choice of where they want to draft in a 5-round serpentine draft, everybody will choose as early as possible.

I would suggest to offset that, use the following format...

24 thru 1

Round 4
1 thru 24
