Lately, in the Forum random words are highlighted; when you hover the cursor over them, ads appear (ads unconnected to the words).  Anyone else experiencing this?  Anyone have any advice on how to eliminate it?

yeah, and it sucks.  Im using chrome and havent figured it out yet...

Here is one explanation.

A better one is that you have malware / adware or a virus.

I was experiencing it a few months back; turned out my computer was infected with spyware/adware.  It wasn't confined just  to the WIS site in my case.    It was very distracting, but I was able to have it removed by reinstalling our virus protection.
