Across all worlds what are the best I-AA jobs in terms of location for recruiting nearby I-A schools etc.

I really enjoyed Dayton. A great recruiting spot in my opinion. This was in Hayes.

I think it has more to do with what D1A schools are occupied around you.

I would take it even a step further and say it matters less where you are located and more about HOW you recruit the D1a scraps.

It depends on how many of those local schools have human coaches, since the DIA SIMS will tend to recruit long-distance. That said, I like Valparaiso and Austin Peay.

Pick a school(preferably in the Southeast or anywhere up and down the east coast).

Find a school with GOOD 1A coaches nearby.

The Good 1a coaches will take good 1a players
the bad 1a coaches will take YOUR players.
