All TD's are 6pts..

Passsing: 1pt for every 30yds (Bonuses at 300/400/500)
Rushing: 1pt for every 10yds (Bonuses at 100/150/200)
Receiving: 1pt for every 10yds (Bonuses at 100/150/200)
Def/ST: 1pt per Sack, Int, Fum. (Bonuses for low yds and low points against)

Receivers are excellent (even a solid flex play).  Martin and Kaepernick are good.  3 off positions with the same bye is poor planning (week 9 you will also be hurting) and your 2nd RB options are questionable (though Ball looks like the best of the bunch).
