Third season of a great theme, lots of parity in this league so come on down!

What was the greatest NBA dynasty of all time?  The 80's Showtime Lakers?  The 90's Jordan Bulls? Here's the league that will answer that question once and for all!  Rules are simple:

1.     Pick a franchise
2.     Pick a decade - 1951/52-1969/70 (50's and 60's are combined as a single decade); 1970/71-1979/80; 1980/81-1989/90; 1990/91-1999/00; 2000/01-2012/13 (yes you get 3 extra years for new millenium teams).  Note - years will be strictly enforced, e.g. you can't use the 79-80 or 90-91 season for a 1980-1990 team. 
3.     All your players must come from your franchise and decade
4.     NEW CAP RULE THIS SEASON - League Salary cap is $55,000, but we are going to reduce cap space for newer teams to encourage more pre-90's squads: 50/60's teams get the full $55M, 70's get $51M, 80's $49M, 90's $47M, 00's $45M. 
5.     No rookies, waiver wire or clones
6.     Please use the year and team in your Team name
7.     You can use franchises that changed names during a particular decade, i.e. Sonics/Thunder
8.     Franchise/Decade combos are exclusive.  So you can have multiple Celtics teams, but only one 1980-1990 Celtics team.

I'm going to take 00's Celtics atm...but that's my first reaction/look...I might change after looking/working on a team. Put me down for that for now.

Bleeeeh....looking through this...I'm still on the 00 Celtics. I might have been looking at a couple of other options...Still looking, though. I like this concept - initial issues seem to be getting acceptable egf usage totals with a decent amount of assts while having a good defense - which is why I'm on the 00 Celtics still atm.
