Do teams practice everyday and what time?

I'm pretty sure practice calculations happen during the 2:30 AM updaete, but I'm not sure.

Practice occurs after the 2nd half of the games are simmed, at around 3PM ET or so (this is when you normally get messages concerning injuries, upset/relieved players regarding starts/playing time, and when WIS rankings are updated).
