My first round pick came back and wanted more money... If I don't offer it will I still get the pick next season or do I have to match the 2nd offer too?

No, you don't have to offer.   You should see a blue X next to his name.    At least I think it's blue.

I know there's compensation for unsigned 1, 2 or 3rd round picks. But how about a supplemental pick I received between rounds 1 and 2 when I lost a type B? Thanks.

You will not receive a compensation pick for a supplemental round pick.
