Select either all Right-handed position players AND Right-throwing pitchers, or all Left-handed position players AND Left-throwing pitchers. (So no switch-hitters).

No clones, No AAA, Yes DH, Yes trades and WW within the restrictions. $200 million. Also, no Mile-high or Coors Field.
