Has anyone had success resigning your premier free agents on the day before the mass signing period?
The guys who are studs who say I am filing no matter what or I am testing the market.

If so, how much do you have to offer them?
Or is it inevitable that they are going?

No with the "no matter what" guys.

"Blow me away" can usually be signed if you add a year and increase the offer by 40-50% more than their request.

Yeah after the roll you can make an offer, it just doesn't really have any effect on their decision and gives you false hope they may sign.
