Is there a way to cultivate more DITR's?
I noticed that in each of the three Worlds I am in, each of my teams had 1 DITR. I noticed that other teams had as many as 4 Diamonds In The Rough. In fact several teams in each World had 3 or 4 players DITR'ed.
 Is there an explanation for how DITR's are distributed? Is it luck? A specific type coach or money spent in a particular budgetary segment?
