So, when should you start worrying about  a player's fatigue factor?
When does it really get low enough to affect play?
Should I try and keep my players around 100%?
And not that I have this issue, but what happens if a player gets to 0%?

There are many many posts on fatigue in this forum.  Worth searching for them and reading through before starting a new thread on the topic.

Fatigue in the 90's won't hurt you much. A slight drop in hitting, also a drop in fielding and for that reason I try to keep my players at 100% especially those at key defensive positions. Fatigue in the 70's is ok in a pinch but not a good long term strategy. As the % gets lower the player is more likely to get injured and be removed from the game.

Keep your players at 100%.
