3B - Ray Knight is not on the Draft List,

There for the Commish has to OK this Pick.

Earlier in the Draft, I told him of someone who he missed and he said they could not be Drafted until next Season. So I don't think Knight will be a Valid Pick, sorry to say.

Yes, But the "Key" is Hockeyhead missed him and left him off the Official Draft Board.

I honestly wouldn't have known because I have been keeping my own track of the picks made. The rules say anyone in the draft for given year is draft eligible. The list on page one is updated every few days and if we looked at that as reference then we would be picking guys already picked like some guys have been doing
