You have me confused with someone else: I support self-managed workers' cooperatives that delegate authority to coordinate the activities. Social-ism is not State-ism, it is quite the opposite. The former is subordination of political power to society and its members and their needs, the latter is the opposite. 

Though to be fair, an old joke is now ex-Communist Eastern Europe went: "Capitalism is the exploitation of man by man. Socialism is the reverse."
