It would be helpful for the team owner to able to designate five players to play when the bench is cleared.  It is not always the players with the lowest number of Target Minutes whom I want playing garbage time (e.g., I want my 10 min/game rookies to play, not my 7 min/game supersub).  Seems this would be a pretty easy Sim code adjustment...

During "garbage" time, the SIM uses the player listed lowest on the depth chart at that position, not the player with the least number of minutes. 

Oh, good luck getting WIS to change anything relative to this game.  Hasn't happened since a Bush was President.
