League Rules

There will only be 12 teams in this league. There will be one division of six in each league.

The league started with the 1970 season

The draft order is determined at game 141. You must have won at least 40 games at that time or you pick 4th - unless you are taking over someone else's team from a prior season. Picks 1-12 for future seasons are determined by the inverse order of record at Game 141. Tie breaker will be the "expected win percentage" which can be found within the advanced standings. The team with the lower expected wins percentage gets the tie breaker advantage.

No DH, no salary cap, No AAA

No starting players out of position

Draft Picks may only be traded one year in advance.

No limit to the reserve list should your player be out a year in WIS database. Only players within the WIS database for a given season may be drafted.
