Innings pitched, waiver claim Topic

Basically what I'm asking is if a starter had ~120 innings pitched, and you claimed him off waivers for the second half of the season, would he be able to pitch normally in the rotation, or do you still need to get a starter that pitched a good year?

Innings are always pro-rated. A pitcher that has 120 IP/162, if acquired at the 81 game mark, will be good for 60 IP (plus the 10% bonus)
