I am curious about the ruling on Sipe....The Current Cleveland Browns are an expansion team...but....part of the negotiated deal to send Modell's team to Baltimore was that the team colors, team nickname and team history had to stay in Cleveland.

When I run the college football theme again, take San Diego St then you get to use Brian Sipe...:P
