We have a very rare opening in C-USA Rupp -- boasting arguably the highest caliber of coaches of any DI conference in HD (aejones, tianyi, weena, jamespastine, shqipta, me, etc)
East Carolina had been led by a great human coach and has made the postseason 17 consecutive times. He leaves a really nice roster (8 returning players averaging 741) and we have the most postseason cash of any conference.
For the unitiated, we started this project ~ 20 seasons ago to see if a mid-major could truly be turned into a thriving BCS conference ... and have answered with a resounding yes. We've been #1 in conference RPI the last six seasons, and routinely send the largest number of teams to the NT/postseason, etc. etc.
