Spring Training AB's/IP Topic

Trying to make sure I don't give my guys too many AB's or too few this Spring, along with making sure I don't over/under utilize my Pitchers. Does anyone have a general baseline they've felt comfortable with? I realize this probably varies by player (factoring in age, stamina, etc.) but any ideas would be helpful as I look to perfect my spring plans. Thanks in advance.

3-4 appearances, no more than 10-12 innings per pitcher.

10 AB for BL players, 3 appearances(in relief) for BL pitchers.    Pile on the AB/IP for prospects.
