Herzog Id say, the 20 more pts in vsR along with 4 pitches and none of that all that bad.  Heck he could be a spot starter.  If not a LRa or b

Not a dime's difference between the two; they're both very nice options as an 11th/12th pitcher and could be used as an SP5 or LR if needed.
