I think I will try this (just give me a good catcher's arm!).  No twisting? Only use the starters from that boxscore and fill in the rest of the team with players from that year's pair of teams?
Only players in the lineups from that game of that year. Must use the two SP and fill rest of staff with those teams' pitchers. Max of 10 pitchers (minus least expensive OF).
