Free Agents can come from any team NOT represented by the four teams participating. For example, in the A.L. Central of League ONE, if the four teams taken are the Cardinals, Yankees, Red Sox and Giants, then Free Agents can come from any team BUT those four and they can come from any one of the three years that are represented in that division.
