Eduardo.  If the gap in control was a little closer, I'd consider Rio.  I'm assuming they're both right-handed?

1) If they reach those projections, Eduardo, and it's not close.
2) That said, to know how close each may get to those projections (even at $20M) age and current ratings would help a lot.

I was leaning towards Rio with his better splits and pitches but his control is the only thing that has me waffling.
