I can safely make my next selection for P - Rob Murphy didn't play for Indians or White Sox.

I wonder which league (AL or NL) will be tougher.  The NL has 6 of the 7 "used-once" franchises.  In fact, there are 12 different franchises represented in the NL.  The AL has the Braves as the only "used-once" franchise and eleven franchises used multiple times, including both instances of LAD and OAK and two of the three NYY franchises.

Eight of the first 12 first-round picks were STUD pitchers.  Of the last 12 first round picks, only six were pitchers, but these six represent a downgrade of studliness, compared to the first eight (Maddux being the exception, and maybe Koufax).

"Downgrade of Studliness", now that would make a good team name.

Think I'm clear to pick George Smith.  The 1916-1923 one.

Randy Hundley since no one ahead of me yet to pick can pick him.
