Credit for free team now that 3.0 is live Topic

There is a message on my conference standings page from the commish saying my free season in 3.0 is waiting on me. Do I need to use this in one of the worlds that just rolled over or can I use it on my Camp team?

I applied it to one of my existing teams. Worked fine.

I applied it to my Yost team with my primary account, and used the credit on my secondary account to pick up a new team in Bryant, so it looks like it can be used either way.

It's simply a credit to use for the next season(which will end up rolling into 3.0).
Basically it's something to entice users to come back and to stay with GD. A sort of fail safe to avoid what happened last time with the 2.0 roll out.
