SP with 90% fatigue? Topic

My ace is at 91%.  If he starts the game at 91% is he going to be less effective than a pitcher @ 100%?  If I drastically limit his pc will it help performance?

i'm no expert, brother, but i would only start him under 100% if the other options are **** (assuming you're in the playoffs), altho 91% isnt horrible.

I've started pitchers under 100% before and it has never noticeably made them less effective.  It is no different than them starting a game at 100% and then realistically being down to 91% by inning 2 or 3.

Just lower his pitch count by 10-15 for that game, so he isn't completely gassed by the end of it.

I have started a pitcher occasionally at 98% or so, but not very often, and only in a very important game.
