Nice.  The D3 map is great, but the D2 map doesn't appear to be working (at least not for me).

Not hard to see why Colorado College and PBA are so easy to recruit from.

I only see 17 of the 32 D3 conferences on here.

Has any world ever made the DII North American Athletic Association into a power conference?  Seems to me like it would be the best conference to build up, as teams wouldn't be fighting each other for recruits since the conference is spread out over the whole country.  All of the recruiting money bonus, with none (or limited) border conflict.
