Is it possible to be proud despite a loss? Topic

I'm never happy when I lose, but sometimes I wonder if it's possible to be proud despite a loss in a game where the players aren't real.

If it's possible, this recently played National Tournament game where my 15-seeded team just wouldn't give up against a superior 2 seed until finally bowing out after FOUR overtimes would be the game to make it happen.

I know that I'm never proud or maybe it's impossible for me to be proud of fake players. If that was a real team I probably be proud of them considering they were a fifteen seed.

Sometimes, I talk to my players. I also screamed at a recruit who started considering another school

Screw the players, be proud of the coaching it took to not only get a 15 seed to the title game, but to take the champs 4 overtimes on top of it.

Did I miss something somewhere?  I don't think Bistiza's team came anywhere near the title game or did they?

Didnt Patton say something about the goal being to make the other guy be proud of a loss?

Sometimes, I would wish we could email the recruits back an email for sending us a smart *** response.
