So I was likely one of the few to redeem for an actual prize.  It had been years between cups, and I redeemed for:

WhatIfSports.com DNA T-shirt (Medium)

That was August 10.

I have followed up once per month.

And not one response in 2 months.

Has support vanished from this site?  Is it going under and they no longer stock actual merchandise redemptions?  (or support for that matter).

It seems I can't get a simple t-shirt and I cannot reach support staff to find out what the status is.

Any info would be appreciated.  thx

I agree there are freebies that worked great.

But... I have already redeemed for the "prize" so I have a redemption locked in for 3 months and no support staff to answer any questions. 

It's like a ghost town around here staff wise.  Sure the buildings (games) are up, but no one is at the counter.
