Harvey Dent, aka Two Face, had a penchant for having the best and the worst of something.  Like a hideout that was half luxury condo, and half flea-bitten dump.

In this theme, you pick a season. 

From that season, you draft the 6 most expensive forwards, the 3 most expensive defencemen, and the most expensive goalie.

Your other 13 players can be any other player from your selected season...the 7th most expensive forward is okay, as is any $165K pylon.  And anyone else in between.

Salary Cap: $100 million
Injuries: 6 max
Minor Leaguers: off
Trades: on  OFF
Trade Veto: 8
Playoff Intensity: off
Waiver Wire: off

Interesting.  Any thought on outlawing trades though?  Trades would allow to teams to mix years, which would kind of go against the spirit of the league.

I put a team in.  I think the team seasons should be exclusive to keep the teams more spread out.  There's more than enough good years to pick from.
